 -Obtaining a Grading/Soil Erosion Permit -

General Guidelines & Fees

 

 

Application Requirements

 

In order to receive a building permit, the applicant must submit four (4) sets of:

  • Grading/Soil Erosion site plans signed and sealed by a licensed surveyor or engineer
  • Grading/Soil Erosion Permit Application
  • Pay permit fees  

The grading and soil erosion site plans will be reviewed first by the Engineering Department for grading and then the Environmental Department for soil erosion measures. 

 

 

Fees

 

The application fee for the Grading and Soil Erosion Permit is $300.00, this payment is due at the time of submittal.   Additional plan reviews, after Township approval, will be charged $100 per review.

A one year permit extension, may be requested prior to permit expiration, for a fee of $50.00  (only one extension will be granted).  Fees are not refundable.
