The following fees apply to Single Family Properties, Essential Services, and Subdivision/Lake Associations:
- Administrative Permits - $250.00 ($225.00 administrative fee plus $25.00 escrow).
- Single Family, Essential Services & Subdivision/Lake Associations - $500.00 ($300.00 administrative fee plus $200.00 escrow). (For After-the-Fact permit requests the fees will be $900.00 -- $600.00 administrative fee plus $300.00 escrow)
- Acreage Developments (Commercial, New Plats, Condos, etc). $2,250.00 ($750.00 administrative fee plus $1,500.00 escrow). (For After-the-Fact permit requests the fees will be $3,000.00 -- $1,500.00 administrative fee plus $1,500.00 escrow)
