IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING PERMANENT ABSENT VOTER LIST

According to a very recent new State Law, all current, permanently listed absentee voters must fill out a new form to remain on the absent voter list.  Postcards to enable you to do this are being mailed.

Check the “Yes” box and return to my office immediately.  If this is not done—you will be taken off the absentee ballot list and will NO longer automatically receive your application and ballot.
