All utility companies are asked to please read the Right-of-Way Disruption Permit Process Overview before applying for a permit. The application fee is $2500 and the permit fee is $500 per week. There is also a Restoration Surety fee of $1000 which is refunded after an inspector from the Engineering Department verifies complete restoration of the area.
